Friedersdorf

The concept assumes implementation consisting of two stages. In the first stage, two office buildings and one specialized – medical building are to be built.

The second stage envisages the construction of twelve multi-family residential buildings – a total of about 700 apartments. In addition, the complex is to include two new residential buildings for seniors and one separate wellness building.
